Sermorelin Rx is an independent editorial project that publishes plain-English summaries of the peer-reviewed research literature on sermorelin (GHRH(1-29)). Our work is editorial commentary on publicly available science. We read the record carefully, date every status claim, and source every finding.

We are not a clinic. We do not employ clinicians and we do not provide medical advice. We do not manufacture, sell, or distribute any product, and nothing on this site is a place to buy, order, or price sermorelin. We do not recommend doses, routes, or protocols — where we describe what was administered in a study, it is reported as a research fact, not as guidance for any person.

Why the name reads 'Rx'

The 'Rx' in this site's name is editorial framing, not a service. It signals the angle we lead with — the status-and-access record: what the trials established, how sermorelin's approval history actually reads, and where compounded availability stands today under FDA's Section 503A framework. It is the position this publisher occupies relative to the literature, not a claim that the site prescribes, dispenses, or fills anything. There is no prescriber, no pharmacy counter, and no order path here.

We care about getting the regulatory record exactly right because it is so often misstated. Sermorelin was a formerly-approved branded product, withdrawn in 2008 for commercial reasons, now a Category 1 503A bulk substance — and prohibited in sport. Those are distinct, dated facts, and we keep them distinct.

How we work

Each page is built from the published literature and primary regulatory documents. Established findings are flagged as established; gaps in the evidence are marked as gaps rather than filled. We separate what controlled trials measured from what people anecdotally report, and we never present an anecdote as a finding. When a result comes from a related GHRH analog rather than sermorelin itself, we say so plainly. Our standard is that a careful reader can check every claim against its source on the references page.
